Multi-platform compatibility: the handbrake supports Logitech G29 and G923 (PS style) and Thrustmaster T300 steering wheels (including T300rs and T300 Ferrari) for PS4/PS5; it also supports Logitech G920 and G923 (Xbox style) and Thrustmaster TX racing steering wheels for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. In addition, the handbrake is not supported for other steering wheels on PS/Xbox.
Note that plugging the wheel's USB into the USB-A port of the handbrake instead of the console; otherwise, the handbrake cannot work on the console. The handbrake's LED displays blue when working on PS4/5, and displays white when working on Xbox. Please watch the handbrake product video; it's helpful for players to use and troubleshoot the product.
G29, G920, and G923 cannot use the axis function of the handbrake on console, so we offer a solution to map the clutch axis to the handbrake axis, which can be adapted to most games, but G29 and G923 (PS style) can only use the button function of the handbrake on GT7.
The new versions of G29, G923, and T300 must switch to PS4 mode on PlayStation 5; the handbrake does not support PS5 mode. The handbrake LED will flash blue as a warning when the wheel is in PS5 mode. PS4 mode can also play all PS5 racing games.

The handbrake doesn't occupy the H-shifter port on the steering wheel so that it can work with the H-shifter on the console.
Console connection: Please plug the steering wheel's USB into the handbrake's USB-A, then plug the handbrake's USB into the PS/Xbox. At the same time, the newer G29 G923 (PS style) needs to switch the mode to the PS4 position instead of the PS5 position. The handbrake does not support PS5 mode, but all PS5 racing games can still be played in PS4 mode.
PC connection: Simply plug the handbrake's USB into the PC host; do not plug the steering wheel's USB into the handbrake's USB-A.
