Thank you for shopping at our store. We build and ship high-performance sim racing handbrakes to customers across the World.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

• We do not ship orders on weekends or major US holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship via major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International shipping where service is available.

Free standard 3-5 day shipping on all domestic orders over $70.

Domestic 2-day express shipping will incur an additional $20 charge.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or severe weather, which we do not guarantee.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Damaged Packages:

• Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

• If the item you ordered arrives damaged due to shipping, save all packaging materials and box contents.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses and Undelivered Packages:

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a paid re-shipment.
